Descripció i   Metodologia:   This course has four modules, the first two of 11 hours and the third and fourth, of 9 hours. The goal of this course is to create an attractive online platform where students will be engaged to connect from home and will deal with classroom contents. Teachers will develop materials that will be applied in their future teaching lessons and will be shared with their colleagues in the course forums. The first module is about creating your virtual classroom and setting your students’ goals. The second one focuses on the receptive skills and, thus, the reading comprehension competence and listening competence. On the third Module, the contents will focus on the productive skills of speaking and writing. On the fourth Module teachers will share their final product which is their virtual online unit with all its contents, goals and activities linked to a specific topic or narrative.
  
Objectius   1. To create an engaging interactive online platform for virtual learning
2. To provide students multilevel learning activities to foster receptive skills
3. To engage students to develop their productive skills with fun challenges
4. To assess and give feedback to students’ performance
  
Continguts   Module 1. Creating your virtual classroom to gather all the contents (4h)
Presentation of the course using Meet. Getting to know each other, discussing topics and contents. (1h)
Google slide as a tool to gather contents and how to link them. Choosing the right template for your lessons. Attaching videos, audios and activities (45 min)
Bitmoji as a tool to create your avatar and personalize your virtual classroom. Extension in Google Chrome to connect easily with Google Slides (45 min)
Creating your virtual classroom (including your avatar and other classroom elements) focusing all the contents on a topic, a narrative and some grammar structures. It will include the assessment criteria for students (setting unit goals and expectatives) (1 h)
Sharing your virtual classroom with your avatar in the forum and commenting to two other virtual classrooms from your partners (30 min)

Module 2 (7h): Receptive skills and tools in distance teaching
IslCollective to create listening comprehension tasks (1h)
Lyricstraining to assign songs that can be related to class contents (30min)
Liveworksheets as a tool to receive feedback from your students (1h)
Genially as a tool to gamify reading comprehension contents (1h)
Kahoot as assigned homework to work on vocabulary or grammar target
(45 min)
Quizzizz as assigned homework to work on vocabulary or grammar target
(45 min)
Wordwall as a tool to create fun reading activities (1h)
Videoconference: sharing a tool that you love (1h)

Module 3 (8h): Productive skills incorporated in online teaching. Presenting your virtual classroom to your classmates.

Padlet to gather students’ productions (1h)
Flipgrid to empower students’ voice (1h)
Chatterpix and my Talking Pet to transform images into speaking videos.

MadLipz to change dialogues on existing videos (30 min)
Voice changer with effects to pretend to be someone else and develop speaking skills. (30 min)
Learningapps to generate engaging activities to review grammar (1h)
Pixton Avatars to create stories with your students (1h)
Toontastic to to draw, animate, narrate, and record their own cartoons (1h)
Fake whatsapp generat3 to ereate a dialogue between two characters (30 min)
Autorapp to transform a writing into a rap song (30 min)

Module 4 (1h) Final product: Sharing your virtual classroom.

It has to include listening, reading, writing and speaking tasks focusing on a specific topic and narrative (as a Didactic Unit). Giving feedback on two other teachers (1h).

Persones  destinatàries   Primary English teachers with a B2 minimum.
Requisits:
1. Disposar d'usuari XTEC actiu.
2. Haver certificat les activitats de formació adjudicades durant aquest curs acadèmic i l'anterior.
Criteris específics d’adjudicació. Les sol•licituds admeses s'ordenaran en funció de:
1.Vinculació al centre de treball 2.1.Funcionari 2.2.Interí 2.3. Substitut
2.Nivell de llengua C2,C1, B2.
Si ets docent d'un centre concertat, municipal o les acreditacions d’especialitat i/o nivell de llengua (C2,C1 o B2) requerides a la convocatòria no consten a l’ATRI, caldrà omplir aquest FORMULARI dins del període de sol•licitud.
